Anthony Almeida, who serves as the Chairman of the Photography Initiative and 3rd Vice President of the Salmagundi Club, will be a featured photographer in the exhibit. Almeida’s images not only capture a special moment in time, but invite the viewer to connect with the work both emotionally and conceptually. Almeida quotes, “It's been said that finding happiness involves enjoying the scenery along life's many unexpected detours. I delight in panning for visual gold, and when my muse abides, encountering that elusive revealing image that defines an event, ennobles the human spirit, or brings me closer to the quixotic but sometimes realizable goal of changing the world, one megapixel at a time.”
